  1. EVENT SIZE - Does the company have experience doing events of the size you need in the time frame you want?
  2. QUALITY - What type of prints are they? If ink, how long will they last? Do they have UV coating to protect them from exposure to light?
  3. GUEST REVIEW - Do the guests get a chance to see their photograph before it is printed? If not, do they get a reprint if they don't like it? Will that cost extra?
  4. E-MAIL - Guests really like a photo e-mailed to them in addition to a print, is this an option?
  5. PHOTOGRAPH OWNERSHIP- When the event is over does the company give you a copy of all photographs on CD or comparable? Is there an extra cost? Are you free to use the photos however you like?
  6. FRAMING - What type of frames come with the photos?
  7. SPECIAL EFFECTS - If you want a custom background or other special effects, can the company provide them? Is there an extra cost? Is there a limited choice or can they do whatever effect you want?
  8. TEXT and LOGO - Will the company put your message on the photos? Is there a choice of what it will look like? Do they have a service that each guest can type in their own message for their photo? What is the cost (if any) of these options?
  9. ALTERNATE PRODUCTS- If you need something other than a photo (such as a name badge or key chain) can the company provide it? Can it be customized for each person? Is there an extra cost?
  10. SPEED - How many photos do you need per hour? Can the company provide this speed with a reasonable margin for reprints, difficulties, etc?
  11. RELIABILITY - Does the company have plans and systems in place for problems such as: Broken camera, broken lights, temporary power failure, broken computer, broken printer, guest mistakes, etc?
  12. EXPERIENCE - How long in business? Does the company have references?
  13. SAFETY - What measures does the company take to comply with modern standards of event safety?
  14. PRIVACY and SECURITY- What policies and systems does the company have to guarantee the photos will not be used for any other purpose than what is intended for the event?
  15. PEOPLE - This one is subjective, but why not hire a company that is focused on being friendly and has a philosophy of seeing that everyone enjoy themselves as well as get a great photo.
