| Date & Time - Start/End times of the event. Start/End times of the Photography. |
| Venue - The address. |
| On Site Location - The room, space, area, etc. |
| Number of Photos - How many framed photos total? |
| Vertical or Horizontal - Do you prefer tall or wide? |
| Background Choice - Your's or our's? Special effects? |
| Text / Logo - What do you want to say with writing? Add images? |
| Tickets - Do you want to limit photos by handing out tickets? |
| Space
Requirements - Typical space needed is 12 by 18 feet. Lines - A place for people to stand while waiting to be photographed. Electrical Requirements - Standard 3 plug socket...we run a fairly low power demand. Tables - Typically needed: 1 3x6 and 1 3x8 or similar. |
